JBS Dev Group is a Toronto studio and developer. The name is deliberate: Developer and Development. We build things that last — in code and in concrete.
What we do
On the software side we design, build, and run our own products — from kart-racing telemetry to AI jobsite closeout. On the real estate side, JBS Development converts Toronto's low-density assets into Class A, missing-middle rental. Different materials, identical operating system: measure before you act, tune relentlessly, and finish what you start.
